Limitations of Liability

IN NO CASE shall Chirson Ltd be held accountable for any damage, including without restrictions, damage or loss of profit or failure to secure profit, interruption of activity, loss of information or other financial losses, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use or impossibility to use the products supplied for any reason whatsoever, including failures or breakdowns in the operation of the hardware or software supplied, even should Chirson Ltd have received notice of the possibility of such damage.

In any case, under the provisions of this agreement, Chirson Ltd liability shall be limited to a sum equivalent to that actually paid for the product. Similarly Chirson Ltd shall not be held accountable for damage caused by persons using the products illegally or divulging copies of the software or calculation codes or reserved data illegally, breaking the protection by means of hardware and/or software manipulations.

Chirson Ltd reserve the right to modify the characteristics of the products, their technical specifications and prices without giving any notice.

Chirson Ltd does not assume any liability for the misuse of the products/software, not does it authorise their use in applications where they may cause damage to persons or property either during regular operation or in the event of a failure.
