Delivery Times

Normally within 2-3 days in UK but up to 20 working days should be allowed for deliveries to addresses in Western Europe.

Up to 30 working days should be allowed for deliveries to addresses in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

Up to 40 working days should be allowed for deliveries to addresses in other parts of the world.

These delivery times should be regarded as maximums. However, Chirson Ltd has no control over the delivery of goods from the point at which we hand them over to the carrier.

Returned goods

Chirson Ltd makes every effort to supply quality products to our customers. However, should you be unhappy with any product you purchase from us please return it to us within 5 days of receipt for replacement or refund.

Goods can only be exchanged if they are defective or damaged. We reserve the right to exchange with an alternative variant of an item or make a full refund where the item returned is no longer available.

Customs

You may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Chirson has no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If in doubt you should contact your local customs office for further information.

You will be considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country into which you are receiving the goods.
